本文通过1978—2012年的新疆的第三产业生产总值及新疆的就业人数有关的数量分析，对新疆第三产业的劳动就业吸纳能力的现状进行分析。研究结果表明新疆第一产业的就业劳动力吸纳能力不断下降，第一产业存在大量的剩余劳动力，输出给其他产业，第二产业的就业劳动力的吸纳能力的空间太少，随着科技水平的提高，第二产业的对劳动力的需要没有显著地提高，只有新疆第三产业的就业劳动力的吸纳能力不断提高，接受第一和第二产业流出的剩余劳动力，只要发展新疆第三产业，才能良好的解决新疆就业问题。
본문통과1978—2012년적신강적제삼산업생산총치급신강적취업인수유관적수량분석，대신강제삼산업적노동취업흡납능력적현상진행분석。연구결과표명신강제일산업적취업노동력흡납능력불단하강，제일산업존재대량적잉여노동력，수출급기타산업，제이산업적취업노동력적흡납능력적공간태소，수착과기수평적제고，제이산업적대노동력적수요몰유현저지제고，지유신강제삼산업적취업노동력적흡납능력불단제고，접수제일화제이산업류출적잉여노동력，지요발전신강제삼산업，재능량호적해결신강취업문제。
The development of the tertiary industry in Xinjiang space is large,the employment absorption capacity is very strong,among them especially the emerging technology industry employment proportion increase the most. So,In the future should actively support new industry to accelerate the development of the third industry,help them become bigger and stronger;On the other hand,will comprehensively improve the quality of human capital,make to adapt to the demand of the knowledge intensive service industry in the future. In this paper,on the basis of the third industry in Xinjiang in 1978-2012 output value and employment related data analysis,the employment absorption capacity of the third industry in Xinjiang cur-rent situation is analyzed. The results showed that the Xinjiang primary industry employment labor absorption capacity is de-clining,the first industry,there are a large number of surplus labor force output to other industries,the second industry in the employment of the labor force absorption capacity of the space is too little , with the improvement of science and technology level, the second industry of the need for labor is not significantly improved,only the third industry in Xinjiang employment labor absorption capacity continue to improve,to accept the first and second industry flow of surplus labor force,as long as the development of the third industry in Xinjiang,can well solve the employment problem in Xinjiang.
