大型机组FCB(快速甩负荷带厂用电运行)试验工况下,凝汽器水位剧烈变化会威胁到机组的安全。针对这一问题,以某1000MW机组75%负荷FCB试验和50%负荷FCB试验数据为依据,基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台建立了凝汽器仿真模型,仿真分析了凝汽器在FCB工况时水位变化特性。在此基础上,对100%负荷FCB工况下凝汽器水位进行了预测,通过之后的FCB试验验证了预测结果。

The unit condenser water level changes dramatically under FCB (Fast Cut Back)condition, threatening the safety of the condenser .To solve this problem , the changing mechanism of the condenser level is simulated with MATLAB /Simulink of a 1 000MW ultra supercritical unit based on the experiment data of 75% FCB test and 50% FCB test.The condenser water level under the condition of 100%FCB test is forecasted and proved to be right with the experiment data .
