以600MW间接空冷设备为例,采用数值模拟方法分析了三塔合一的污染物扩散、环境影响、结构优化问题。结果表明:受环境温度影响,空冷塔传热量冬季最高,夏季最低;随环境风速的增加,迎风面传热增强,侧风面与背风面传热减弱;与烟囱相比,采用空冷塔排烟,污染物扩散更广、受环境风影响更小;脱硫塔排烟口越高、口径越小,烟气扩散越广;外部挡风墙可减小环境风对塔侧的压制,内部挡风墙可削弱塔内热空气的旋转。
以600MW間接空冷設備為例,採用數值模擬方法分析瞭三塔閤一的汙染物擴散、環境影響、結構優化問題。結果錶明:受環境溫度影響,空冷塔傳熱量鼕季最高,夏季最低;隨環境風速的增加,迎風麵傳熱增彊,側風麵與揹風麵傳熱減弱;與煙囪相比,採用空冷塔排煙,汙染物擴散更廣、受環境風影響更小;脫硫塔排煙口越高、口徑越小,煙氣擴散越廣;外部擋風牆可減小環境風對塔側的壓製,內部擋風牆可削弱塔內熱空氣的鏇轉。

The 600MW indirect air cooling device as an example , the problems of three-towers-in-one about pollutant diffusion, environmental impact , structural optimization were analyzed with numerical simulation method .Results illustrate that:due to influence of environment temperature , air cooling tower heat transfer is highest in winter , lowest in summer;with increase of wind speed , heat transfer of the windward surface enhance , heat transfer of side surface and leeward surface decrease;compared with chimney , using air cooling tower remove flue-gas makes pollutant diffusion wider and less environment influence;gas outlet of desulfurization tower more high and less , flue-gas spread more widely; the external windbreak wall can reduce the suppress of wind on the side of the tower , the internal windbreak wall can weaken the rotation of hot air in tower .
