目的：探讨头孢西丁预防肛肠手术患者感染的效果，保证用药安全。方法选取2012年6月－2014年6月行肛肠手术患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例，所有患者均于切开皮肤或黏膜之前30 min（诱导麻醉时）和术后6h给予抗菌药物预防感染治疗，观察组采用注射用头孢西丁进行静脉滴注治疗，对照组采用注射用头孢替安进行静脉滴注治疗，观察并对比两组患者预防感染的疗效、疼痛程度与不良反应。结果观察组患者的总体治疗有效率为95．0％，显著优于对照组的75．0％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；观察组患者的疼痛程度显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；观察组患者不良反应发生率为2．5％，显著低于对照组的17．5％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论头孢西丁预防肛肠手术患者感染的疗效好、不良反应少，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토두포서정예방항장수술환자감염적효과，보증용약안전。방법선취2012년6월－2014년6월행항장수술환자80례수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조각40례，소유환자균우절개피부혹점막지전30 min（유도마취시）화술후6h급여항균약물예방감염치료，관찰조채용주사용두포서정진행정맥적주치료，대조조채용주사용두포체안진행정맥적주치료，관찰병대비량조환자예방감염적료효、동통정도여불량반응。결과관찰조환자적총체치료유효솔위95．0％，현저우우대조조적75．0％，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）；관찰조환자적동통정도현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01）；관찰조환자불량반응발생솔위2．5％，현저저우대조조적17．5％，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론두포서정예방항장수술환자감염적료효호、불량반응소，치득림상추엄。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of cefoxitin on prevention of infections in the patients undergoing ano‐rectal surgery so as to ensure the safety of drug administration .METHODS A total of 80 patients who underwent the anorectal surgery from Jun 2012 to Jun 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,with 40 cases in each .All the patients received the antibiotics prophylaxis at 30 min before the skin or mu‐cosa incision (induced anesthesia) and at 6 hours after the surgery ,the observation group was treated with intrave‐nous drip of cefoxitin injection ,while the control group was given the intravenous drip of cefotiam injection .The effect on prevention of infections ,pain degree ,and adverse events were observed and compared between the two groups of patients .RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95 .0% ,signifi‐cantly higher than 75 .0% of the control group(P<0 .05);the pain degree of the observation group was signifi‐cantly lower than that of the control group(P<0 .01);the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 2 .5% ,significantly lower than 17 .5% of the control group(P<0 .05) .CONCLUSION Cefoxitin can achieve significant effect on prevention of infections in the patients undergoing anorectal surgery ,with the incidence of ad‐verse reactions low ,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital .
