利用化学沉淀及吸附的方法,研究硫酸改性粉煤灰/炉渣混合物对含磷废水的去除效果。通过单因素对比试验考察粉煤灰/炉渣混合物投加量、pH值、反应温度、搅拌时间、静置时间对除磷效果的影响,并确定最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:处理10 mg/L模拟含磷废水,硫酸改性粉煤灰/炉渣混合物(质量比1∶1)投加量为2 g/L、反应温度25℃、pH值为8、搅拌时间10 min、静置时间2 h为最佳工艺条件,除磷率在93%以上,符合国家污水排放一级标准。

In this paper,treatment technology of phosphorus wastewater with sulphuric acid modified fly ash/slag mixture was studied by using methods of chemical precipitation and adsorption. Through single factor con-trast experiments, influences of fly ash/slag mixture dosage, pH value, reaction temperature, stirring time, standing time on phosphorus removal efficiency were investigated in detail,and the optimum condition was de-termined. The experimental results showed that the phosphorus removal rate of treatment 10 mg/L simulate phosphorus wastewater was over 93% under the optimal conditions:fly ash/slag mixture dosage was 2 g/L, 25℃ reaction temperature,pH value was 8,10 minutes stirring time,2 hours standing time,which reached the first grade of the national standard for wastewater discharge.
