为了提高磷石膏的分解率，对磷石膏在小孔耦合的微波场中的分解反应进行了研究，并对硫酸钙的分解机理进行了初步探讨。首先利用仿真模拟计算出微波场强最大值，确定膜片形状及磷石膏最优位置；然后加入不同比例的碳粉与磷石膏混合造粒，得到硫酸钙的分解率及相应产物。试验结果表明，磷石膏在微波条件下的分解反应速度大为加快。
