The emergence of vulnerable plaques was the basis of acute coronary syndrome occurrance,the effective implementation of treating early plaques had extremely realistic significance.In view of this,the paper discussed the treatment of vulnerable plaques from two aspects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment and western medicine treatment on the basis of the stability evaluation analysis of vulnerable plaques.
