某厂 LNASB 型旋流燃烧器喷口的结构变化对锅炉燃烧性能及 NOx 排放影响较大,可使NOx 排放降低150 mg/m3左右,但会带来尾部 CO 浓度增加及燃烧高挥发分煤种时二次风喷口容易结渣及烧损变形问题。分析认为,在保证一、二次风速设计的基础上,采用扩锥型一、二次风喷口并将局部浓缩的煤粉浓缩器改为内浓外淡船型煤粉浓缩器,在进一步降低N Ox 排放的同时,也可缓解二次风喷口的结渣及烧损变形问题。

Changes in LNASB swirl burner's structure in a power plant can decrease the NOx emission by 150 mg/m3 .However,the CO concentration in the tall duct increased and slagging and damage deformation easily occurred round the secondary alr nozzle when high volatile coals were fired.Analysis shows that,on the basis of ensuring the primary and secondary alr speed design,applying the cone type nozzle and repla-cing the local concentrator into internal consistency and external light pulverized coal concentrator can re-duce NOx emissions and also relieve the slagging and damage deformation problems.
