往复式压缩机在试运行过程中发生十字头小头瓦抱死、下瓦面的巴氏合金表面严重磨损事故。通过模拟各种工况下压缩机运行参数,确认曲轴综合受力及反向角大小,得出压缩机设计缺陷造成的反向角太小是引起事故的根本原因的结论。
