为探讨抗人大细胞肺癌单克隆抗体在临床免疫组化检测中的应用，制备了抗人大细胞肺癌单克隆抗体，纯化后鉴定其纯度，并应用于临床免疫组化检测大细胞肺癌。结果显示，采用辛酸-硫酸铵法纯化小鼠腹水中的单抗效果较好。免疫组化结果表明，制备的抗人大细胞肺癌单抗可特异性地鉴别人大细胞肺癌。其可广泛应用于临床免疫组化检测中，为肺癌的早期诊断提供较可靠的辅助指标。
為探討抗人大細胞肺癌單剋隆抗體在臨床免疫組化檢測中的應用，製備瞭抗人大細胞肺癌單剋隆抗體，純化後鑒定其純度，併應用于臨床免疫組化檢測大細胞肺癌。結果顯示，採用辛痠-硫痠銨法純化小鼠腹水中的單抗效果較好。免疫組化結果錶明，製備的抗人大細胞肺癌單抗可特異性地鑒彆人大細胞肺癌。其可廣汎應用于臨床免疫組化檢測中，為肺癌的早期診斷提供較可靠的輔助指標。
위탐토항인대세포폐암단극륭항체재림상면역조화검측중적응용，제비료항인대세포폐암단극륭항체，순화후감정기순도，병응용우림상면역조화검측대세포폐암。결과현시，채용신산-류산안법순화소서복수중적단항효과교호。면역조화결과표명，제비적항인대세포폐암단항가특이성지감별인대세포폐암。기가엄범응용우림상면역조화검측중，위폐암적조기진단제공교가고적보조지표。
To investigate the application of anti-human large cell lung cancer monoclonal antibody in the immunohistochemical detection of clinic,the anti-human large cell lung cancer monoclonal antibody was prepared and purified,and its purity was measured.Then the monoclonal antibody was used in the immunohistochemical detection of lung cancer cells and paraffin section of the lung cancer.The results indicated that the caprylic acid-ammonium sulphate method was suitable to purify monoclonal antibody in ascites.The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the preparation of monoclonal antibody of the large cell lung cancer could specifically identify large cell lung cancer.The monoclonal antibody of anti-human large cell lung cancer may be used in clinical immunohistochemical detection,which can provides a reliable auxiliary index for diagonisis of early lung cancer.
