采用ICP-AES法对通辽地区产的玉米和大麦中P、K、Mg、Sn、Ca、Fe、Na、Mn、Cu、Zn等元素含量同时进行测定.对各元素作了加标回收实验,玉米和大麦中各元素的平均回收率为97.18%~103.56%,RSD为0.72%~2.81%.建立了简便、快速、准确和稳定的测定玉米和大麦中元素含量的方法.结果显示在玉米和大麦中P含量非常高;Sn、K、Mg、Ca含量也较高.

The content of P、K、Mg、Sn、Ca、Fe、Na、Mn、Cu、Zn、Se and other elements in the corn and barley pro-duced in TongLiao were determined in the same time by using ICP-AES method. The various element has been spiked recovery experiments, the average recovery of each element in the Huang He and millet as 97.18% to 103.56%, RSD 0.72%to 2.81%. A method for the determination of element content in corn and barley was estab-lished which is simple, rapid, accurate and stable. Results show that the P content in corn and barley are very high;Sn, K, Mg, and Ca content is also higher.
