目的：总结115例鼻内镜手术中的细节问题，探讨和分析提高疗效的措施，交流鼻内镜手术心得与经验。方法：收治中重度鼻窦炎、鼻息肉、肿瘤患者115例，使用硬性鼻内镜及专用器械清除病灶，通畅引流，注意细节问题的处理。结果：术后患者经规则换药，治愈99例(86.1%)，好转9例(7.8%)，无效及复发7例(6.1%)，其中3例病理提示恶性肿瘤，1例鼻腔鳞癌，术后放疗；1例低度恶性涎腺腺肌上皮癌，外院扩大手术，均愈后良好；1例中线恶性淋巴瘤，外院放化疗，无法追踪。结论：鼻内镜手术细节问题的正确处理对提高疗效有重要作用。

목적：총결115례비내경수술중적세절문제，탐토화분석제고료효적조시，교류비내경수술심득여경험。방법：수치중중도비두염、비식육、종류환자115례，사용경성비내경급전용기계청제병조，통창인류，주의세절문제적처리。결과：술후환자경규칙환약，치유99례(86.1%)，호전9례(7.8%)，무효급복발7례(6.1%)，기중3례병리제시악성종류，1례비강린암，술후방료；1례저도악성연선선기상피암，외원확대수술，균유후량호；1례중선악성림파류，외원방화료，무법추종。결론：비내경수술세절문제적정학처리대제고료효유중요작용。
Objective:To summarize 115 cases of nasal operation in details and elicitation,to discuss and analyze of improving the curative effect of measures,to exchange experience of nasal endoscopic operation.Methods:115 patients with moderate and severe sinusitis,nasal polyps,tumor patients were selected.They were given a hard and dedicated instruments endoscopic debridement, good drainage,and we paid attention to the details of the deal.Results:After operation,patients were given regular dressing change, 99 cases(86.1%) were cured;9 cases(7.8%) were improved;7 cases(6.1%) were recurrence and invalid.Among them,3 cases of pathologic were malignant tumor,1 case was nasal cavity squamous cell carcinoma.After operation,they was given radiotherapy.1 case was low grade malignant salivary gland muscle epithelial cancer,in the outer court,he was given expand operation,the healing was good;1 case was midline malignant lymphoma,in the outer court,he was given radiotherapy and chemotherapy,he was not be tracked.Conclusion:The correct processing for nasal endoscopic operation details played an important role in improving the curative effect.
