为提高实施停机保护后火电机组的水汽品质,对比分析了十八胺、活性胺2种停机保护药剂对直接空冷机组运行汽水品质的影响。结果表明:与采用十八胺相比,采用活性胺实施停机保护后,机组启动运行初期水汽中低分子有机酸含量较低;凝结水中铁含量下降速度较快,短时间内可降至10μg/L以下;粉末树脂过滤器压差上升较缓;且水汽氢电导率短时间内即可达到标准规定值。

Effects of shutdown protection agents on steam water quality of a direct alr cooling unit were ana-lyzed,by using octadecylamine and active amine.The results show that,during initial stage after the active amine was adopted,the lower molecular weight organic acids content was low and iron content in the con-dense water quickly decreased to lower than 10μg/L in a short period.Meanwhile,the differential pressure of powder resin filter rose slower and the hydrogen conductivity of the steam achieved the standards value in a short time.
