小车架是桥式起重机的主要组成部分,其构造及受力复杂。采用SolidWorks软件建立了QD300t桥式起重机小车架的三维模型,然后导入ANSYS Workbench软件中,得到小车架的有限元模型;考虑桥式起重机的实际工作状态,并对有限元模型进行静态分析,得到小车架在工作过程中的应力与应变情况,根据ANSYS Workbench软件得出的计算结果,找出应力集中点、最大应力点和最大变形位置,为进一步优化设计提供指导。

The trolley frame is one of the most important components of bridge crane, its structure and stress is complex. In this paper, the 3D model of the trolley frame of a QD300t bridge crane is established using SolidWorks software and imported into ANSYS Workbench software, the finite element model of trolley frame is obtained. Considering the actual working state of the bridge crane and through the static analysis of the finite element model, the internal stress and deformation status of the trolley frame during working is acquired. According to the results of the ANSYS Workbench software calculation, the stress concentration point and the maximum stress points and maximum deformation position are found for further optimization analysis.
