针对陕西省某钼矿公司提供的多金属钼矿石进行可选性试验研究,目的在于通过试验研究,为该矿提供一套经济上合理,技术上可行的工艺流程,为矿山开发利用提供可选依据。在试验过程中,采用完全无毒、无刺激性气味、无污染的组合药剂实现钼、铅分离,在获得合格钼精矿、铅精矿的基础上,综合回收硫和磁铁矿,取得了较好的实验室指标,以指导实际生产。

Experimental study on the washability of a polymetallic molybdenum ores provided by a molybdenum company in Shaanxi province was carried out.The alm of the study is to provide an economically rational and tech-nically feasible process for the mine, and also to provide optional basis for the development and utilization of the mine.In the course of the experiment study, separation of molybdenum and lead was achieved by using completely non-toxic, non pungent smell and non polluting combined reagents,sulfur and magnetite was comprehensively recy-cled on the basis of getting qualified molybdenum concentrate and lead concentrate, and good laboratory indexes were obtalned.
