目的:探讨脑安胶囊防治缺血性脑卒中临床效果。方法:将2013年3月-2014年4月收治45岁以上有脑卒中危险因素患者62例,随机分为常规组和研究组,每组31例,常规组采取一般性防治干预,研究组在一般性防治干预基础上加服脑安胶囊治疗,6个月后,对比两组的防治前后脑血管血液动力学各指标的变化及发病率。结果:研究组的脑血管最小流速(Vmin)、最大流速(Vmax)、外周阻力(RV)及动态阻力(DR)均得到改善,且明显优于常规组(P<0.05);研究组脑卒中发病率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:服用脑安胶囊可有效改善脑血管循环,提高脑血管功能,降低缺血性脑卒中的发生,临床实践意义重大。

목적:탐토뇌안효낭방치결혈성뇌졸중림상효과。방법:장2013년3월-2014년4월수치45세이상유뇌졸중위험인소환자62례,수궤분위상규조화연구조,매조31례,상규조채취일반성방치간예,연구조재일반성방치간예기출상가복뇌안효낭치료,6개월후,대비량조적방치전후뇌혈관혈액동역학각지표적변화급발병솔。결과:연구조적뇌혈관최소류속(Vmin)、최대류속(Vmax)、외주조력(RV)급동태조력(DR)균득도개선,차명현우우상규조(P<0.05);연구조뇌졸중발병솔명현저우상규조(P<0.05)。결론:복용뇌안효낭가유효개선뇌혈관순배,제고뇌혈관공능,강저결혈성뇌졸중적발생,림상실천의의중대。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Naoan capsule prevention of ischemic stroke.Methods:62 patients with over 45 years of stroke risk factors were selected from March 2013 to April 2014.They were randomly divided into the conventional group and the research group with 31 cases in each.The conventional group accepted general prevention interventions,the research group in the general prevention intervention plus Naoan capsule treatment.6 months later,before and after the control, changes and the incidence of the cerebrovascular hemodynamic indexes of two groups were compared.Results:The research group of cerebrovascular minimum flow(Vmin),maximum velocity(Vmax),peripheral resistance(RV)and dynamic resistance(DR)were improved,and significantly better than the conventional group(P<0.05);the incidence of stroke in the research group was significantly lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking the Naoan capsule can effectively improve cerebrovascular circulation,improve cerebral vascular function,and reduce the incidence of ischemic stroke.Clinical practice is significant.
