目的：探讨中西药联合应用减少药物流产后出血的临床疗效.方法：对2012-04-2013-04乌兰浩特市中西结合医院收治的240例宫内妊娠妇女，随机分为两组，治疗组用米非司酮150mg，空腹顿服，48h后口服米索前列醇600ug，孕囊流出后肌注缩宫素20u，连续5d，同时口服中药桂枝茯苓胶囊，至阴道流血停止.对照组：服用米非司酮、米索前列醇及肌注缩宫素的时间、用量同治疗组.结果：治疗组与比对照组比较，出血量明显减少，出血时间明显缩短，两组差异有显著性（P﹤0.05）.结论：中西药联合应用能有效的提高药物流产的成功率，减少流血量，缩短流血时间.
목적：탐토중서약연합응용감소약물유산후출혈적림상료효.방법：대2012-04-2013-04오란호특시중서결합의원수치적240례궁내임신부녀，수궤분위량조，치료조용미비사동150mg，공복돈복，48h후구복미색전렬순600ug，잉낭류출후기주축궁소20u，련속5d，동시구복중약계지복령효낭，지음도류혈정지.대조조：복용미비사동、미색전렬순급기주축궁소적시간、용량동치료조.결과：치료조여비대조조비교，출혈량명현감소，출혈시간명현축단，량조차이유현저성（P﹤0.05）.결론：중서약연합응용능유효적제고약물유산적성공솔，감소류혈량，축단류혈시간.
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of the integrated application of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to reduce the bleeding after medical abortion. Methods:240 patients with intrauter-ine pregnancy who were treated in the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Wulanhaote from April 2012 to April 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group took mifepristone 150mg on an empty stomach once a day, and then orally took misoprostol 48 hours later. After gestational sac flowed out the treatment group was intramuscularly injected oxytocin for five consecutive days, at the same time, orally took tradition-al Chinese medicine Guizhifuling capsules until the vagina bleeding stopped. The control group:was treated with mife-pristone, misoprostol and oxytocin, the dosage and administration time same as the treatment group. Results: Com-pared with the control group, the bleeding amount in the treatment group was obviously reduced, and the bleeding time was obviously shortened, the difference between two groups had significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The integrated application of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine could effectively improve the success rate of medi-cal abortion, reduce the bleeding amount and shorten the bleeding time.
