目的：探讨新生儿阵发性室上性心动过速的病因、临床表现、诊断治疗及预后情况。方法：对包钢第三职工医院2012~2014 NICU住院的该病患儿12例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：足月儿多见，感染、先心病、外科手术等是常见诱因，临床表现以面色苍白、烦躁、拒奶、紫绀、呼吸急促等症状为主。结论：治疗方法多不相同，及时准确的治疗多数预后较好。
目的：探討新生兒陣髮性室上性心動過速的病因、臨床錶現、診斷治療及預後情況。方法：對包鋼第三職工醫院2012~2014 NICU住院的該病患兒12例臨床資料進行迴顧性分析。結果：足月兒多見，感染、先心病、外科手術等是常見誘因，臨床錶現以麵色蒼白、煩躁、拒奶、紫紺、呼吸急促等癥狀為主。結論：治療方法多不相同，及時準確的治療多數預後較好。
목적：탐토신생인진발성실상성심동과속적병인、림상표현、진단치료급예후정황。방법：대포강제삼직공의원2012~2014 NICU주원적해병환인12례림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：족월인다견，감염、선심병、외과수술등시상견유인，림상표현이면색창백、번조、거내、자감、호흡급촉등증상위주。결론：치료방법다불상동，급시준학적치료다수예후교호。
Objective: To investigate the pathogeny, clinical manifestation, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the neonatal paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Methods:Clinical data of 12 patients with paroxysmal supraventric-ular tachycardia who stayed in NICU in The Third Staff Hospital of Baogang Group from 2014 to 2015 was retrospec-tively analyzed. Results:It is common among the full-term infants. Infection, congenital heart diseases and surgeries were the common inducement. Pale complexion, irritability, refusing the breast milk, cyanosis and shortness of breath and other symptoms were main clinical manifestations. Conclusion:The method of treatment is always different, it will have the better prognosis by timely and accurate treatment.
