随着现代码头自动化水平的提高，作为主要作业工具的岸边集装箱起重机的驾驶操作也逐渐的由原来的全人工监控操作向自动化程度更高的人机协同工作的方向发展，在监督控制中，操作员主要负责高层的任务管理和载荷管理。人机功能分配作为现代岸桥设计的基本决策之一，它直接影响着岸桥的系统结构、座舱界面的设计、系统软硬件的配置等，并在很大程度上决定着实际操作过程。文中通过引入多目标模糊决策模型，为岸桥操作中合理进行人机功能分配提供了一种新的参考方法。

With the development of modern automation terminals, the operation of quayside container crane, as main tools in the terminal, also gradually changes from the full artificial monitoring to a higher degree of automation human-machine collaborative work direction. In the supervision and control, the operator is mainly responsible for the high-level task management. Man-machine function distribution is one of the modern design of quayside container crane basic decision, it directly influences the quayside container crane system structure, system hardware and software configurations, and determines the actual operation process greatly. This paper introduces multi-objective fuzzy decision model, provides a new method for reasonable man-machine function allocation.
