目的:探讨品管圈在腔镜器械清洗管理中的应用,提高腔镜器械的清洗质量。方法消毒供应中心于2013年10月成立品管圈小组,回顾性调查改善前1311件腔镜器械的清洗质量,分析不合格的原因,确定需重点解决的问题拟定对策,采用PDC A循环法实施对策并进行清洗质量持续改进,通过调查改善后1437件腔镜器械的清洗质量,与改善前进行比较并计算达标率,进行效果确认。结果改善前调查腔镜器械1311件,清洗合格847件,合格率64.61%;改善后调查1437件,合格1315件,合格率91.51%,改善前后比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05),品管圈达标率为110.47%。结论品管圈的运用显著提高了腔镜器械的清洗合格率,促进了清洗质量的持续改进。

목적:탐토품관권재강경기계청세관리중적응용,제고강경기계적청세질량。방법소독공응중심우2013년10월성립품관권소조,회고성조사개선전1311건강경기계적청세질량,분석불합격적원인,학정수중점해결적문제의정대책,채용PDC A순배법실시대책병진행청세질량지속개진,통과조사개선후1437건강경기계적청세질량,여개선전진행비교병계산체표솔,진행효과학인。결과개선전조사강경기계1311건,청세합격847건,합격솔64.61%;개선후조사1437건,합격1315건,합격솔91.51%,개선전후비교,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05),품관권체표솔위110.47%。결론품관권적운용현저제고료강경기계적청세합격솔,촉진료청세질량적지속개진。
OBJECTIVE To explore the application of quality control circle (QCC) in cleaning of the laparoscopic surgical instruments so as to improve the cleaning quality of the laparoscopic surgical instruments .METHODS The QCC team was established in central sterile supply department in Oct ,2013 ;before the improvement ,the cleaning quality of 1 311 laparoscopic surgical instruments was retrospectively investigated ,the causes of the unqualified cleaning were analyzed so as to propose solutions .The continuous cleaning quality improvement was carried out by using PDCA cycle method;the cleaning quality of 1 437 laparoscopic surgical instruments was investigated after the improvement .The qualified rate was observed and compared ,and the effect was confirmed .RESULTS Of 1 311 laparoscopic surgical instruments investigated before the improvement ,847 were qualified for the cleaning ,with the qualified rate of 64 .61% .Of 1 437 laparoscopic surgical instruments investigated after the improvement ,1 315 were qualified ,with the qualified rate of 91 .51% ,and there was significant difference (P<0 .05) .The compli‐ance rate of the QCC was 110 .47% .CONCLUSION The application of the QCC has remarkably raised the qualified rate of cleaning of the laparoscopic surgical instruments and has facilitated the continuous improvement of cleaning quality .
