Re Du Ning injection%Kai Hou Jian spray%infantile herpangina
目的：观察热毒宁联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法：选择小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患儿100例，随机分为观察组与对照组。两组患者均采用综合治疗。观察组50例予以热毒宁联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗。比较两组热退时间、疱疹消失时间、平均住院天数。结果：观察组热退时间、疱疹消失时间、平均住院天数均较对照组有明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：热毒宁联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎，能较快地改善患儿症状，并能明显缩短住院天数，且无明显不良反应，值得临床推广。
目的：觀察熱毒寧聯閤開喉劍噴霧劑治療小兒皰疹性嚥峽炎的療效。方法：選擇小兒皰疹性嚥峽炎患兒100例，隨機分為觀察組與對照組。兩組患者均採用綜閤治療。觀察組50例予以熱毒寧聯閤開喉劍噴霧劑治療。比較兩組熱退時間、皰疹消失時間、平均住院天數。結果：觀察組熱退時間、皰疹消失時間、平均住院天數均較對照組有明顯改善，差異有統計學意義(P＜0.01)。結論：熱毒寧聯閤開喉劍噴霧劑治療小兒皰疹性嚥峽炎，能較快地改善患兒癥狀，併能明顯縮短住院天數，且無明顯不良反應，值得臨床推廣。
목적：관찰열독저연합개후검분무제치료소인포진성인협염적료효。방법：선택소인포진성인협염환인100례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조。량조환자균채용종합치료。관찰조50례여이열독저연합개후검분무제치료。비교량조열퇴시간、포진소실시간、평균주원천수。결과：관찰조열퇴시간、포진소실시간、평균주원천수균교대조조유명현개선，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론：열독저연합개후검분무제치료소인포진성인협염，능교쾌지개선환인증상，병능명현축단주원천수，차무명현불량반응，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Re Du Ning injection and Kai Hou Jian spray in the treatment of infantile herpangina.Methods:100 children with herpangina were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the two groups were treated with comprehensive therapy.50 cases of the observation group were treated with the Re Du Ning injection combined with Kai Hou Jian spray.Then we compared the duration of fever,herpes disappearance time and average hospitalization days in two groups.Results:The duration of fever,herpes disappearance time and average days of hospitalization in the observation group improved significantly than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:Re Du Ning injection combined with Kai Hou Jian spray treated on infantile herpangina can quickly improve their symptoms,and shorten the hospitalization days,meanwhile it has no obvious adverse reaction,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
