目的：分析研究慢性肾衰患者心理特点以及采取中医情志护理的临床应用价值。方法选取2012年9月～2014年9月在我院接收的慢性肾脏衰竭患者共有112例，随机分为实验组、对照组，对照组采取常规护理模式，实验组在此基础之上采取中医情志护理。结果实验组患者对护理工作满意度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论慢性肾脏衰竭患者容易出现各种各样的不良情绪，其中包括有怀疑、焦虑、忧郁以及紧张等，对其采取中医情志护理干预，可以使患者治疗依从性显提高，具有临床推广价值。

목적：분석연구만성신쇠환자심리특점이급채취중의정지호리적림상응용개치。방법선취2012년9월～2014년9월재아원접수적만성신장쇠갈환자공유112례，수궤분위실험조、대조조，대조조채취상규호리모식，실험조재차기출지상채취중의정지호리。결과실험조환자대호리공작만의도명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론만성신장쇠갈환자용역출현각충각양적불량정서，기중포괄유부의、초필、우욱이급긴장등，대기채취중의정지호리간예，가이사환자치료의종성현제고，구유림상추엄개치。
Objective To analyze and study the psychological characteristics of patients with chronic renal fallure and the clinical value of Chinese medicine emotional nursing. Methods 112 patients with chronic renal fallure,who were selected in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014,were randomly divided into control group who were adopted with routine nursing mode and experimental group who were adopted with Chinese medicine emotional nursing based on routine nursing mode. Results The satisfaction of patients on nursing work in experimental group was obviously better than which in control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention on patients with chronic renal fallure,who were easy to appear kinds of unhealthy emotion,such as suspi cion,anxiety,melancholy,and nervous and so on,could obviously increased the patients' treatment compliance,has the value of clinical popularization.
