目的：探讨强化综合护理应用于重型颅脑损伤患者呼吸道护理的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月～2013年7月期间92例重型颅脑损伤合并呼吸道感染患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组46例，观察组给予强化综合护理措施，对照组给予常规护理措施，比较两组患者痰菌培养阳性率以及肺部感染评分。结果观察组患者痰菌培养阳性率液标本培养情况以及临床肺部感染评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论强化综合护理措施有利于重型颅脑外伤患者的呼吸道护理，可减少肺部感染，提高护理质量。
목적：탐토강화종합호리응용우중형로뇌손상환자호흡도호리적림상료효。방법선취2012년1월～2013년7월기간92례중형로뇌손상합병호흡도감염환자수궤분위관찰조여대조조，매조46례，관찰조급여강화종합호리조시，대조조급여상규호리조시，비교량조환자담균배양양성솔이급폐부감염평분。결과관찰조환자담균배양양성솔액표본배양정황이급림상폐부감염평분명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론강화종합호리조시유리우중형로뇌외상환자적호흡도호리，가감소폐부감염，제고호리질량。
Objective To discuss the respiratory tract managemen effect of severe craniocerebral injury with strengthened comprehensive nursing. Methods A total of 92 severe craniocerebralinjury patients complicated with respiratory tract infection in our hospital from January 2012 and July 2013 were divided into observation group(n=46) and control group (n=46) randomly.The patients in observation group received strengthened comprehensive nursing care,and the control group received routine nursing.The positive rate of sputum stralns isolated and the score of clinical pulmonary infection between the two groups were compared. Results The positive rate of sputum stralns isolated and the score of clinical pulmonary infection of observation group were lower than control group,with statistical significance as compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Strengthened comprehensive nursing care is beneficial to the managemen of respiratory tract care.It can reduce the lung infections and improve the care quality.
