目的：探讨H型高血压患者臂‐踝脉搏波传导速度（brachial‐ankle pulse wave velocity ，baPWV）的变化。方法：回顾分析2010年—2013年H型高血压患者（n＝83）、普通高血压患者（n＝84）、健康对照者（n＝80）的临床资料。3组血浆同型半胱氨酸（homocysteine ，Hcy）水平，采用全自动动脉硬化仪测定baPWV。结果：H型高血压组和普通高血压组baPWV均显著高于健康对照组（P＜0．05），H型高血压组baPWV显著高于普通高血压组（P＜0．05）。baPWV与收缩压、舒张压和 Hcy水平呈正相关（r＝0．566、0．626、0．454，P＜0．01）。多元逐步回归分析结果表明，收缩压、舒张压和 Hcy水平是影响baPWV的独立相关因素（β＝0．258、0．424、0．252，P＜0．05、0．01）。结论：高血压患者血浆Hcy水平与动脉硬化程度相关。
목적：탐토H형고혈압환자비‐과맥박파전도속도（brachial‐ankle pulse wave velocity ，baPWV）적변화。방법：회고분석2010년—2013년H형고혈압환자（n＝83）、보통고혈압환자（n＝84）、건강대조자（n＝80）적림상자료。3조혈장동형반광안산（homocysteine ，Hcy）수평，채용전자동동맥경화의측정baPWV。결과：H형고혈압조화보통고혈압조baPWV균현저고우건강대조조（P＜0．05），H형고혈압조baPWV현저고우보통고혈압조（P＜0．05）。baPWV여수축압、서장압화 Hcy수평정정상관（r＝0．566、0．626、0．454，P＜0．01）。다원축보회귀분석결과표명，수축압、서장압화 Hcy수평시영향baPWV적독립상관인소（β＝0．258、0．424、0．252，P＜0．05、0．01）。결론：고혈압환자혈장Hcy수평여동맥경화정도상관。
Objective:To investigate the brachial‐ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) in patients with H‐type hypertension . Methods:The clinical data of patients with H‐type hypertension(n= 83) ,common patients with hypertension(n= 84) and normal controls(n= 80) ,from 2010 to 2013 ,were retrospectively analyzed .The level of plasma homocysteine(Hcy) was detected .The baPWV was measured by automatic arteriosclerosis assay instrument .Results:The baPWV was higher in both the H‐type hypertension group and the common hypertension group than that in the normal control group ( P< 0 .05 ) . Compared with the common hypertension group ,the baPWV was significantly higher in the H‐type hypertension group(P<0 .05) .The baPWV was positively correlated with the systolic blood pressure(SBP) ,the diastolic blood pressure(DBP) or the level of Hcy(r=0 .566 ,0 .626 ,0 .454 ,P< 0 .01) .Multivariate stepwise regressive analysis showed that SBP ,DBP and Hcy were independent risk factors of baPWV(β=0 .258 ,0 .424 ,0 .252 ,P<0 .05 or 0 .01) .Conclusion:The level of plasma Hcy is correlated with arteriosclerosis in patients with hypertension .
