国有企业文化建设中,最核心的问题是建立符合中国国情的义利观。国有企业一方面要追求经济效益,追求经济发展;但另一方面,还要加强企业的精神动力、追求文化软实力。中国传统文化为当代国有企业文化建设中的义利观问题提供了重要的理论资源。基于“君子爱财,取之有道”,国有企业文化建设要处理好国有企业与国家的关系,国有企业内部企业人个体与企业集体之间的关系,实现追求“利益”要以“道义”为原则。基于“仓廪实而知礼节”命题,要克服假言判断的误解,从综合判断的角度出发,把“仓廪实”和“知礼节”看作是并存关系,从而实现国有企业“义”和“利”并重的义利观。
國有企業文化建設中,最覈心的問題是建立符閤中國國情的義利觀。國有企業一方麵要追求經濟效益,追求經濟髮展;但另一方麵,還要加彊企業的精神動力、追求文化軟實力。中國傳統文化為噹代國有企業文化建設中的義利觀問題提供瞭重要的理論資源。基于“君子愛財,取之有道”,國有企業文化建設要處理好國有企業與國傢的關繫,國有企業內部企業人箇體與企業集體之間的關繫,實現追求“利益”要以“道義”為原則。基于“倉廩實而知禮節”命題,要剋服假言判斷的誤解,從綜閤判斷的角度齣髮,把“倉廩實”和“知禮節”看作是併存關繫,從而實現國有企業“義”和“利”併重的義利觀。

The core problem of cultural construction of state-owned enterprises to is establish outlook on justice and benefit in line with China’ s national condition.On the one hand, the state-owned enterprises want to pursue economic benefit;on the other hand, they also need to strengthen the spirit dynamism and pursue culture soft power.Chinese traditional culture provides important theoretical resources for the construction of contemporary culture in the state-owned enterprises in the outlook on justice and benefit.Based on the idea of “gentleman loves money, take the right way”, the state-owned enterprises’ cultural construction should work well with the relationship between enterprises and the country and the relationship between the individuals and the group, re-alizing the pursuit of “interest” based on the” morality” principle.With regard to Chinese proverb“Etiquette after granary”, the misunderstanding of hypothetical judgment should be overcome, and from the perspective of comprehensive judgment, the“granary” and“etiquette” should be taken as coexistent relationship, in order to realize the“justice” and“benefit” of state-owned enterprises.
