为了提高生物质锅炉燃烧效率、降低烟气污染,以燃烧控制系统为对象,针对某自备电厂生物质锅炉控制系统应用中存在的鲁棒性差、精度低等问题,通过分析生物质燃烧过程,基于PLC设计了生物质锅炉燃烧控制系统.应用表明,该控制系统的稳定性和调节速度均较好,蒸汽压力最大超调量为0.5%,响应时间为65 s.

To improve combustion efficiency and reduce flue gas pollution in biomass-fired boilers,the com-bustion control system was taken as the research obj ect and the problems like poor robustness and low ac-curacy occurred in a power plant were investigated.Through analyzing the biomass combustion process,a control system using Siemens S7-300 programmable logic controller (PLC)was presented.The practical application shows this control system has good performance in stability and response speed,of which the maximum overshoot of the steam pressure is 0.5%,and the response time is 65 s.
