目的：探讨小细胞肺癌（SCLC）中胃泌素释放肽前体（ProGRP）蛋白的表达与血清中 ProGRP 水平的相关性，并评估其对临床诊断分期及远处转移的价值。方法分别用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法和免疫组织化学法检测10例非肿瘤患者、20例非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）及20例 SCLC 患者的血清 ProGRP 水平及组织 ProGRP 蛋白表达，追踪19例 SCLC 患者远处转移的情况。结果高血清 ProGRP 水平的 SCLC 患者组织中 ProGRP 蛋白阳性表达率高于对照组及NSCLC 组，其中局限期小细胞肺癌（LD-SCLC）患者血清 ProGRP 水平及组织 ProGRP 蛋白表达率均低于广泛期小细胞肺癌（ED-SCLC）组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。SCLC 患者发生远处转移与血清 ProGRP 水平及组织 ProGRP 蛋白表达存在相关，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论SCLC 肿瘤组织合成 ProGRP 蛋白最终释放入血液，血清 ProGRP 可用于 SCLC 诊断及疗效监测，组织 ProGRP 蛋白的表达可能成为 SCLC 远处转移的重要指标。
목적：탐토소세포폐암（SCLC）중위비소석방태전체（ProGRP）단백적표체여혈청중 ProGRP 수평적상관성，병평고기대림상진단분기급원처전이적개치。방법분별용매련면역흡부시험（ELISA）법화면역조직화학법검측10례비종류환자、20례비소세포폐암（NSCLC）급20례 SCLC 환자적혈청 ProGRP 수평급조직 ProGRP 단백표체，추종19례 SCLC 환자원처전이적정황。결과고혈청 ProGRP 수평적 SCLC 환자조직중 ProGRP 단백양성표체솔고우대조조급NSCLC 조，기중국한기소세포폐암（LD-SCLC）환자혈청 ProGRP 수평급조직 ProGRP 단백표체솔균저우엄범기소세포폐암（ED-SCLC）조，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。SCLC 환자발생원처전이여혈청 ProGRP 수평급조직 ProGRP 단백표체존재상관，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론SCLC 종류조직합성 ProGRP 단백최종석방입혈액，혈청 ProGRP 가용우 SCLC 진단급료효감측，조직 ProGRP 단백적표체가능성위 SCLC 원처전이적중요지표。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum pro-gastrin releasing peptide (ProGRP)levels and ProGRP protein expression in small cell lung cancer(SCLC)and to evaluate the value of ProGRP on clinical diagnosis of staging and distant metastasis.Methods 10 normal patients,20 patients with non-small cell lung cancer,20 patients with small cell lung cancer were enrolled.Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay was used to detect serum ProGRP levels,and immunohis-tochemistry was to evaluate ProGRP protein expression.Tracking 19 patients with SCLC and evaluating distant metastasis.Results SCLC patients had high serum ProGRP levels and ProGRP protein positive expression in tumor tissues,which were higher than that of normal group and NSCLC group.Serum ProGRP levels and tissues ProGRP protein expression rate in LD-SCLC patients were lower than that of ED-SCLC group,differences were statistical significance(P <0.05).In SCLC patients,distant metastasis was related to high serum ProGRP and ProGRP protein positive expression,which had statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion SCLC tumor tissue synthesis of ProGRP protein which is eventually released into the blood,ProGRP can be used to diagnosis and assess the therapeutic response of SCLC patients,tumor tissue ProGRP protein may serve as a metastasis marker in SCLC patients.
