针对目前装甲车辆设计定型基地试验阶段交接车时机选择不规范、不合理的现状，系统分析了装甲车辆设计定型基地试验的特点以及交接车时机选择对设计定型试验质量的影响，提出了装甲车辆交接车时机选择的基本原则，确定了装甲车辆设计定型基地试验阶段的最佳交接车时机，为提高装甲车辆设计定型试验质量提供依据。

Aiming at actuality that the occasion selection of hand-over vehicle is nonstandard and illogical in the armored vehicle’s design and finalization base test at present,and on the basis of systemic analysis of features of this kind of test,the influence of the occasion selection of hand-over vehicle is investigated in this paper.And the basic principle of the occasion selection is proposed and the best occasion of hand-over vehicle in the test is also confirmed,which provides the basis for improving the quality of equipment design and finalization test.
