农民体育思想伴随社会发展与进步发生了深刻变化，实现了体育健身认识的突破式转变，而深感欣慰之际却发现农民体育健身行为与健身思想之间仍有一段距离。运用文献资料、逻辑分析和实地调查等研究方法对重庆市农民体育健身的知行矛盾研究后认为，其本质原因在于农民体育健身态度还没有达到内化程度。基于此，应该依据态度转变理论，立足当前农民健身知行的矛盾现状，探索农民体育健身内化的形成路径，以推动农民体育健身态度尽快进入内化阶段，并有效促进农民健身行为的实现进程。

With the social development and progress, the sports thought of Chinese farmer has undergone profound changes and has realized the breakthrough type transformation and span type development to be the fitness-thought. But there is a distance or even contradiction between the ideas and behavior of farmer’ fitness when feeling gratified. The essence of reason for the contra-diction of ideas and behavior is that the farmer’ sports fitness attitude hasn’t achieved the stage of internalization. We should strengthen the research to promote the internalization stage farmers ’ attitude of sports fitness from three dimensions of attitude change theory, the present contradiction, and promoting internalization-path. Only do it can we effectively promote the process of farmer’ fitness behavior.
