目的：通过对某地区基本公共卫生服务项目实施工作调查分析，总结实施经验，提出措施建议。方法：采用现况调查方法，对项目实施情况和效果进行描述分析。结果：某地区在开展项目工作中，组织管理和技术措施落实到位，机构建设得到加强，为辖区居民提供了全面的基本公共卫生服务。结论：对基本公共卫生服务项目工作实施遇到的问题和原因进行剖析，提出相应对策建议。

Objective:To summarize the implementation experience and provide measures through the investigation and analysis of basic public health services implementation in a given area.Methods:The project implementation and effect were analyzed through survey methods.Results:Among the project work in the given area,the management and technical measures were carried out and the institution construction was strengthened,which provided comprehensive basic public health services for district residents.Conclusion:The problems and reasons in the project implementation of basic public health services were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
