目的:探讨儿童近视经调节功能训练和用眼干预措施指导后近视调节功能的改善情况。方法选取2012年11月至2013年11月本院收治的近视患儿60例作为研究对象,所有患儿均进行3个月双眼调节功能训练并给予用眼干预措施指导,观察治疗后患儿近视调节功能的改善情况。结果治疗后患儿双眼调节灵敏度、调节幅度、正相对调节均得到明显改善,与治疗前比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05),治疗后负相对调节较治疗前略有提升,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论近视调节功能训练和用眼干预指导可明显改善近视患儿双眼调节功能,缓解近视进展,因此进行有效的近视调节功能训练和给予相应用眼干预指导措施势在必行。

목적:탐토인동근시경조절공능훈련화용안간예조시지도후근시조절공능적개선정황。방법선취2012년11월지2013년11월본원수치적근시환인60례작위연구대상,소유환인균진행3개월쌍안조절공능훈련병급여용안간예조시지도,관찰치료후환인근시조절공능적개선정황。결과치료후환인쌍안조절령민도、조절폭도、정상대조절균득도명현개선,여치료전비교차이균구유현저성(P<0.05),치료후부상대조절교치료전략유제승,단차이무현저성(P>0.05)。결론근시조절공능훈련화용안간예지도가명현개선근시환인쌍안조절공능,완해근시진전,인차진행유효적근시조절공능훈련화급여상응용안간예지도조시세재필행。
Objective To investigate the children myopia by regulating the function training and the use of eye interventions after adjusting function improvement guide myopia. Method Selected from November 2012 to November 2013 admitted to our hospital 60 cases of myopia as the research objects, all children were treated by three months of binocular accommodation function training and given guidance for intervention measures of eye. Observed after treatment of myopia in children adjust to change the function. Result After the treatment of children with eyes adjust the sensitivity, adjust the amplitude of the positive relative accommodation had signiifcantly improved, the differences were statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05), after treatment, negative relative accommodation slight increase compared with before treatment, but the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P > 0.05). Conclusion Regulatory function of myopia eye intervention training and guidance can significantly improve the regulatory function in children with myopia eyes to ease the progression of myopia, myopia and therefore effective regulation given the appropriate training and guidance to eye intervention measures imperative.
