目的：探讨社区老年高血压规范管理中季节变化对血压值的影响并提出应对策略。方法：对96例老年原发高血压按高血压诊断标准分1级，2级、3级，在高血压规范管理同时在6-8月，10-12月每周定时测2次血压，观察1年，分析血压波动与季节的关系。结果：平均收缩压夏季与冬季比较，差异有统计意义(P＜0.001)。平均舒张压夏季与冬季比较，差异有统计意义(P＜0.001)，且与高血压分级无关。结论：在社区高血压规范管理过程中，应注意季节变化对血压值的影响，合理制定降压方案，在综合治疗基础上酌情加减药以降低血压波动幅度，减少心脑血管病突发事件的发生。

Objective:To evaluate the impact of seasonal changes on blood pressure of elderly hypertensive and propose countermeasures in the standardized management of elderly hypertension on blood pressure.Methods:96 cases of primary elderly hypertensive were divided into the 1st,2nd and 3rd level according to the hypertension diagnostic criteria.The blood pressure were measured twice a week at the same time of standardized management of elderly hypertension in June to August and October to December for a year.The relationship between blood pressure fluctuations and season were analyzed.Results:There was statistical significant difference of average systolic blood pressure between the winter and summer(P<0.001).There was statistical significant difference of average diastolic blood pressure between the winter and summer(P<0.001)and there was no relationship with hypertension diagnostic criteria.Conclusion:During the standardized management process of community hypertensive,the impact of seasonal variation on blood pressure values should be paid attention to and the rational control strategy should developed,medicine reducation and addition on the basis of comprehensive treatment be needed to reduce blood pressure fluctuations and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease emergencies.
