研究认为，2014年中国男篮亚运赛场的表现，在技术运用、身体对抗、心理抗压、自我调节以及阅读掌控比赛等能力上，与优秀篮球运动员存在明显差距，反映出我国篮球后备人才培养存在的问题。分析了问题产生的根源，提出了篮球后备人才培养发展的如下对策：推进体教结合，提升基层教练员的知识和能力结构；严格青训制度的管理、指导与监督，实现青少年各级联赛常态化；完善后备人才流动机制，为后备人才成长提供更多历练平台。

According to the performance of the Chinese Men’s Team in the Asian Games,this paper reveals the deficiencies of the Chinese basketball players in terms of application of strategies,physical confrontation,stress endurance,self -adjustment and overall control of the game compared with outstanding ones in other Asian coun-tries.The paper analyses the causes of the problems mentioned above and demonstrates such countermeasures for the cultivation of basketball reserve talents as combining physical training with knowledge teaching,improving the knowledge and skills of coaches,strengthening regulation,guidance and supervision of teenager trainings,regulari-zing league matches for teenager players at all levels,perfecting the mechanism of reserve talents mobility and pro-viding more platforms for them.
