以花椒果皮为研究对象,赤拟谷盗为供试虫源,采用点滴法、饲喂法、三角瓶密闭熏蒸法和培养皿滤纸涂药法检测不同花椒果皮提取物对赤拟谷盗的的触杀、胃毒、熏蒸及趋避作用。实验结果显示,正丁醇萃取部分对赤拟谷盗的触杀活性最高,其LC50值为1.086463 g/mL,石油醚提取部分对赤拟谷盗趋避活性最高,其趋避率可达到93.617%,花椒果皮不同极性段的提取物均有一定的杀虫活性。

이화초과피위연구대상,적의곡도위공시충원,채용점적법、사위법、삼각병밀폐훈증법화배양명려지도약법검측불동화초과피제취물대적의곡도적적촉살、위독、훈증급추피작용。실험결과현시,정정순췌취부분대적의곡도적촉살활성최고,기LC50치위1.086463 g/mL,석유미제취부분대적의곡도추피활성최고,기추피솔가체도93.617%,화초과피불동겁성단적제취물균유일정적살충활성。
The contact action,stomach action,fumigation action and repellent action of different extraction to tribolium castaneum were studied by dropping, feeding,Triangle bottle airtight fumigation and Residual films. The result indicated that the contact action reached the highest level that LC50 was 1.086 463 g/mL and the repellent action reached a high level that was 93.617%when Zanthoxylum were handled after n-butyl alcohol leached and extracted by petroleum ether. The result showed that the different Zanthoxylum extraction exhibited both insecticidal activity,and were worthy investigation.
