通过测试树脂对土茯苓黄酮的吸附率、吸附速率、解吸率和产物得率及其黄酮含量,比较了5种不同类型吸附树脂对土茯苓中黄酮的吸附特性。结论5种树脂中D101树脂对土茯苓总黄酮的吸附效果最好,吸附量可达18.32 mg/g,X-5次之,吸附量达18.09 mg/g。动态柱吸附后,使用50%乙醇作为洗脱剂可以将被树脂吸附的黄酮全部洗下,用量为3.5倍柱体积。通过本工艺,2 kg土茯苓获得总黄酮6.27 g,得率为0.31%。经HPLC分析,总黄酮中落新妇苷含量为90.54%。

Through the test of resin adsorption on Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome flavonoids, adsorption rate, ratio of desorption, the yield rate and the content of flavonoid, Compared the adsorption characteristic of 5 different kinds of adsorption resins for flavonoids from Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome. The best adsorption effect of five kinds of resin and D101 resin for total flavonoids in Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome , adsorption capacity was 18.32 mg/g, and the X-5 followed, 18.09 mg/g. After the dynamic column adsorption, flavonoids using 50 % ethanol as eluant can be adsorbed by the resin eluted all yieid , the amount of 3.5 times the column volume. Through this process, 2 kg Glabzons Greenbiere Rhizowe 6.27 g flavonoids, yield 0.31 %. By the analysis of HPLC, total flavonoids astilbin content was 90.54%.
