A method for the determination of sodium cyclamate in foods , of which added sodium cyclamate by spectrophotometry is reported. The linear range and correlation coefficient of lineraity for the method were 0.015 g/kg-0.75 g/kg and 0.996 4, respectively. The recoveries of the method are 90%-107.7%, while RSDs were 1.33%-4.86%.
