高校间建立优质教学资源共享联盟，是促进我国高校新生态发展的一种重要途径。通过分析沈北6所高校的地域、资源配置、办学层次三方面的优势，以及近年来发展形成的前期合作基础，探索组建以优质教学资源共享的沈北高校教学联盟，以促进沈北6所高校进一步加强深层次人才培养合作与交流，形成资源共享机制，并展望了沈北高校教学联盟建设的前景。

To establish teaching union sharing high quality resources among universities is an important way to pro-mote the New Ecological development in China′s universities. With the analysis on the advantages of the region,the allocation of resources,school-running level about 6 Shenyang northern universities,as well as the pre-formed coopera-tion basis in recent years,the paper explores the formation of Shenyang northern teaching union in order to facilitate the deep-level training cooperation and exchanges,form a resource sharing mechanism and prospect the future for She-nyang northern university.
