目的:建立基于药物体系的紫苏子特征图谱质量表征关联分析方法与评价模式,有效、精准地评价紫苏子饮片质量。方法运用所建立的HPLC-PDA法表征紫苏子药物体系特征图谱质量,基于特征图谱中特征峰的数量及所属化学类型对15批紫苏子饮片进行质的表征,基于特征图谱中特征指标性成分木犀草素、芹菜素和迷迭香酸的含量及黄酮类(以木犀草素表征)、酚酸类(以迷迭香酸表征)的含量对15批紫苏子饮片进行量的表征,并基于基准饮片将15批紫苏子饮片质与量的表征结果分别进行关联性分析。结果以批号15的样品为基准饮片,紫苏子饮片特征图谱中共含有特征峰12个,其中黄酮类成分特征峰5个,酚酸类成分特征峰7个,15批饮片色谱图中均含有此12个特征峰。批号15、6、9、10、2、5、7样品特征指标性成分含量总体较高,批号6、12、11、7、4、14、10样品与基准饮片关联性最高,综合评价得出批号15、6、7、10、2、5、9、12、11、14样品优良度居前。结论对15批紫苏子饮片进行特征图谱质量表征,所建立的HPLC法简便、准确。所评价建立的基于药物体系的紫苏子特征图谱质量表征关联分析模式,关注了紫苏子饮片质量整体关联性与应用有效性,能有效精准地评价紫苏子饮片质量。
目的:建立基于藥物體繫的紫囌子特徵圖譜質量錶徵關聯分析方法與評價模式,有效、精準地評價紫囌子飲片質量。方法運用所建立的HPLC-PDA法錶徵紫囌子藥物體繫特徵圖譜質量,基于特徵圖譜中特徵峰的數量及所屬化學類型對15批紫囌子飲片進行質的錶徵,基于特徵圖譜中特徵指標性成分木犀草素、芹菜素和迷迭香痠的含量及黃酮類(以木犀草素錶徵)、酚痠類(以迷迭香痠錶徵)的含量對15批紫囌子飲片進行量的錶徵,併基于基準飲片將15批紫囌子飲片質與量的錶徵結果分彆進行關聯性分析。結果以批號15的樣品為基準飲片,紫囌子飲片特徵圖譜中共含有特徵峰12箇,其中黃酮類成分特徵峰5箇,酚痠類成分特徵峰7箇,15批飲片色譜圖中均含有此12箇特徵峰。批號15、6、9、10、2、5、7樣品特徵指標性成分含量總體較高,批號6、12、11、7、4、14、10樣品與基準飲片關聯性最高,綜閤評價得齣批號15、6、7、10、2、5、9、12、11、14樣品優良度居前。結論對15批紫囌子飲片進行特徵圖譜質量錶徵,所建立的HPLC法簡便、準確。所評價建立的基于藥物體繫的紫囌子特徵圖譜質量錶徵關聯分析模式,關註瞭紫囌子飲片質量整體關聯性與應用有效性,能有效精準地評價紫囌子飲片質量。
목적:건립기우약물체계적자소자특정도보질량표정관련분석방법여평개모식,유효、정준지평개자소자음편질량。방법운용소건립적HPLC-PDA법표정자소자약물체계특정도보질량,기우특정도보중특정봉적수량급소속화학류형대15비자소자음편진행질적표정,기우특정도보중특정지표성성분목서초소、근채소화미질향산적함량급황동류(이목서초소표정)、분산류(이미질향산표정)적함량대15비자소자음편진행량적표정,병기우기준음편장15비자소자음편질여량적표정결과분별진행관련성분석。결과이비호15적양품위기준음편,자소자음편특정도보중공함유특정봉12개,기중황동류성분특정봉5개,분산류성분특정봉7개,15비음편색보도중균함유차12개특정봉。비호15、6、9、10、2、5、7양품특정지표성성분함량총체교고,비호6、12、11、7、4、14、10양품여기준음편관련성최고,종합평개득출비호15、6、7、10、2、5、9、12、11、14양품우량도거전。결론대15비자소자음편진행특정도보질량표정,소건립적HPLC법간편、준학。소평개건립적기우약물체계적자소자특정도보질량표정관련분석모식,관주료자소자음편질량정체관련성여응용유효성,능유효정준지평개자소자음편질량。
Objective To establish the quality representation and correlation analysis method based on the characteristic spectrum of medicinal system of Fructus Perillae ( Zisuzi) , so as to evaluate quality of Zisuzi pieces effectively and accurately. Methods Using established HPLC-PDA method to characterize the quality of Zisuzi characteristic spectrum of medicinal system. The quality of 15 batches of Zisuzi pieces was represented according to the number and chemical type of characteristic peaks on characteristic spectrum, and the quantity of 15 batches of Zisuzi pieces was represented based on the content of three characteristic index components of luteolin, apigenin,rosemary acid, flavonoids ( represented by luteolin) and phenolic acids ( represented by rosemary acid). Correlation analysis of quality and quantity represen-tations was then performed referring to the benchmark pieces. Results As the reference substance, characteristic spectrum of Lot. 15 contains 12 characteristic peaks, 5 peaks of flavonoids and 7 peaks of phenolic acids, which all appeared on the chromatograms of 15 batches Zisuzi pieces. Lot. 15,6,9,10,2, 5 ,7 Zisuzi pieces had more effective index components. After comprehensive evaluation of more total ef-fective index components of Lot. 6 , 12 , 11 , 7 , 4 , 14 ,10 and high correlation degree of Lot. 6 , 12 , 11 , 7, 4, 14, 10 correlated with Lot. 15, the quality of Lot. 15, 6, 7, 10, 2, 5, 9, 12, 11,14 were judged to be better. Conclusion The established HPLC method by quality and quantity representation of characteristic spectrum of 15 batches of Zisuzi pieces is simple and accurate.
