红外热像作为一种新兴的PCB非介入式诊断技术,在近几年得到了快速的发展,本文介绍红外诊断的基本原理以及如何利用红外热像仪对印刷电路板进行检测,来对故障的电路进行热成像对比,从而判断故障部位,实现电路故障的快速检测。

As an emerging PCB non-Intrusive fault diagnosis technology, infrared thermal diagnosis is developed rapidly in re?cent years. This paper introduces the basic principle of PCB infrared thermal diagnosis and how to use the machine of infrared thermal diagnosis to detect the operative mode of circuit board, which can conduct thermal imaging contrast towards the faulted circuit, thus detecting the trouble location and achieving a quick detection of electronic circuit fault.
