目的：观察胆胀（胆囊炎）患者应用中医护理方案的效果。方法选取2014年5月～2015年2月在我科住院治疗的74例胆胀（胆囊炎）患者运用中医护理方案进行护理，对患者出现的主要症状进行效果观察。结果通过使用中医护理方案中的症状护理和护理技术，74例胆胀（胆囊炎）患者在右胁疼痛、胀满不适、嗳气、恶心、呕吐纳呆等临床症状缓解较快，均取得了满意的效果。结论胆胀（胆囊炎）患者中医护理方案的有效使用，能更好地减轻患者的不适，促进患者早日康复。
목적：관찰담창（담낭염）환자응용중의호리방안적효과。방법선취2014년5월～2015년2월재아과주원치료적74례담창（담낭염）환자운용중의호리방안진행호리，대환자출현적주요증상진행효과관찰。결과통과사용중의호리방안중적증상호리화호리기술，74례담창（담낭염）환자재우협동통、창만불괄、애기、악심、구토납태등림상증상완해교쾌，균취득료만의적효과。결론담창（담낭염）환자중의호리방안적유효사용，능경호지감경환자적불괄，촉진환자조일강복。
Objective The objective is to observe the effects of Chinese medicine nursing regimens in patients with distended gallbladder(cholecystitis). Methods Chinese medicine nursing regimens were applied to 74 patients with distended gal bladder(cholecystitis)who were hospitalized at the department between May 2014 and February 2015,and the effects on the main symptoms of the patients were observed. Results The 74 patients with distended gal bladder(cholecystitis)who were administered Chinese nursing regimens achieved quick remission of clinical symptoms,including left-side pain,distension,belching,nausea,vomiting and anorexia,and the effects were satisfactory. Conclusion Effective use of Chinese nursing regimens for patients with distended gal bladder(cholecystitis)greatly relieves the patients’pain and helps the patients recover more quickly.
