目的：分析中医疗法在冠心病心律失常的治疗中的应用效果。方法2013年2月～2014年3月，我院共收治100例冠心病心律失常患者，并将其按照随机的方式列入观察组与对照组，每组各为50例。对照组应用西药疗法，观察组则使用中医疗法。结果治疗后，对比两组患者的治疗有效率和心功能各项指标情况以及不良反应的发生率，观察组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在冠心病心律失常的治疗中，中医疗法可改善患者的心功能，提高治疗有效率。
목적：분석중의요법재관심병심률실상적치료중적응용효과。방법2013년2월～2014년3월，아원공수치100례관심병심률실상환자，병장기안조수궤적방식렬입관찰조여대조조，매조각위50례。대조조응용서약요법，관찰조칙사용중의요법。결과치료후，대비량조환자적치료유효솔화심공능각항지표정황이급불량반응적발생솔，관찰조균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론재관심병심률실상적치료중，중의요법가개선환자적심공능，제고치료유효솔。
Objective To analyze the effect oftraditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods From February 2013 to March 2014,100 cases of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with cardiac arrhythmias were treated in our hospital,and patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine therapy,observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Results After treatment,compared two groups of patients with treatment efficient,cardiac function indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions,the result showed that observation group were significantly superior to control group,the result had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease,the traditional Chinese medicine therapy can significantly improve the patient's heart function,improve the treatment efficiency.
