目的：研究分析黄褐斑采取中药配方颗粒剂口服治疗的临床效果。方法整理收集2006～2012年期间我院共接收的396例黄褐斑患者，采取中医辨证治疗，使用中药配方颗粒药剂，并进行为期一年的随访，对治疗效果进行分析。结果全部患者有63.3%接收治疗两周后生效，12个月后，有47.5%的患者基本治愈，临床有效率是97.7%，没有出现不良反应病例。结论使用中药颗粒制剂，用药途径便捷，毒副作用少，因此适合长期使用，能够降低患者的治疗风险。中药还具有增强体质和免疫力的作用，对黄褐斑的复发具有很好的预防效果。因此，黄褐斑使用中药配方颗粒剂口服治疗的方式具有较高的安全性，临床疗效突出。
목적：연구분석황갈반채취중약배방과립제구복치료적림상효과。방법정리수집2006～2012년기간아원공접수적396례황갈반환자，채취중의변증치료，사용중약배방과립약제，병진행위기일년적수방，대치료효과진행분석。결과전부환자유63.3%접수치료량주후생효，12개월후，유47.5%적환자기본치유，림상유효솔시97.7%，몰유출현불량반응병례。결론사용중약과립제제，용약도경편첩，독부작용소，인차괄합장기사용，능구강저환자적치료풍험。중약환구유증강체질화면역력적작용，대황갈반적복발구유흔호적예방효과。인차，황갈반사용중약배방과립제구복치료적방식구유교고적안전성，림상료효돌출。
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effects of chloasma with oral Chinese medicine formula granules. Methods Col ected a total of 396 cases of chloasma patients in our hospital from 2006 to 2012. Tade TCM syndrome differentiation and treated by TCM formula particles. Then with one-year fol ow-up,analyzed the curative effect. Results The received effective rate after two weeks treatment is 63.3%,but after 12 months,the rate turnt to 97.7%and patients cured rate was 47.5%. There was no adverse reaction case. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine granular formulation is convenient,less side effects ,and suitable for long-term use. It can reduce the risk of patienttreatment. Traditional Chinese medicine can enhance physique and immunity,then prevent from chloasma recurrence. Treatment of chloasma with oral Chinese medicine formula granules can be used to promote,with high safety,outstanding clinical curative effect.
