目的：探究小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的治疗过程中清肺口服液的应用效果。方法随机抽取我院2013年4月～2014年8月入院接受治疗的82例小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患者，随机将其分成A组与B组，每组41例，对A组患者使用中医清肺口服液治疗，对B组患者使用常规方式治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果 A组患者接受治疗后，退热时间、止咳时间、痰壅消失时间与肺部湿啰音消失时间均比B组更短，两组差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论清肺口服液使用在小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的治疗中，效果突出，能够缩短患者的康复时间，加速患者康复速度。
목적：탐구소인호흡도합포병독폐염적치료과정중청폐구복액적응용효과。방법수궤추취아원2013년4월～2014년8월입원접수치료적82례소인호흡도합포병독폐염환자，수궤장기분성A조여B조，매조41례，대A조환자사용중의청폐구복액치료，대B조환자사용상규방식치료，대비량조적치료효과。결과 A조환자접수치료후，퇴열시간、지해시간、담옹소실시간여폐부습라음소실시간균비B조경단，량조차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론청폐구복액사용재소인호흡도합포병독폐염적치료중，효과돌출，능구축단환자적강복시간，가속환자강복속도。
Objective To explore the effect of Qingfei Oral Liquid in the treatment of children with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia. Methods Random selected 82 children with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia in our hospital from April 2013 to August 2014. Al the children were divided to group A(n=41)and group B(n=41). Group A use traditional Chinese medicine Qingfei oral liquid . Group B used conventional treatment. Then we compared the effect in group A with B. Results In group A,abatement time of fever,cough,phlegm accumulation disappearance time and lung wet rales disappearance time were shorter than group B(P<0.05). Conclusion Qingfei Oral Liquid have good effect on children with respiratory virus pneumonia. It can accelerate patients with speed of cure.
