目的：探讨剖宫产术后产褥感染的原因并采取相应的治疗措施，为临床治疗提供有效依据。方法随机抽取我院2012年4月～2014年4月收治的剖宫产术后产褥感染患者20例为研究对象。研究所有患者产程、手术时间、破膜时间与产褥感染的关系。结果分析的过程中发现，产妇的产程越长、手术时间与破膜时间越长，产褥感染的发生率越高。在了解患者产褥感染发生原因的情况下，采取相应的治疗措施能够保障患者健康。结论在产妇怀孕期间，注重对产妇的孕期检查工作，同时采取相应的预防措施将有效降低产妇产褥感染的相关因素，对保障母婴的健康具有重要意义。在产妇术后给予其有效的支持治疗，有效加快产妇的康复速度。
목적：탐토부궁산술후산욕감염적원인병채취상응적치료조시，위림상치료제공유효의거。방법수궤추취아원2012년4월～2014년4월수치적부궁산술후산욕감염환자20례위연구대상。연구소유환자산정、수술시간、파막시간여산욕감염적관계。결과분석적과정중발현，산부적산정월장、수술시간여파막시간월장，산욕감염적발생솔월고。재료해환자산욕감염발생원인적정황하，채취상응적치료조시능구보장환자건강。결론재산부부잉기간，주중대산부적잉기검사공작，동시채취상응적예방조시장유효강저산부산욕감염적상관인소，대보장모영적건강구유중요의의。재산부술후급여기유효적지지치료，유효가쾌산부적강복속도。
Objective To investigate the cause of puerperal infection after cesarean section and take the corresponding treatment measures,then provided effective basis for the clinical treatment. Methods Selected 20 cases of patients with puerperal infection after cesarean section in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 randomly as the research objects. Studied the relationship between labor,operative time,rupture time and puerperal infection in al patients. Results It was found that long stage of maternal,long operation time,long membrane rupture time,the probability of puerperal infection was higher. Taking corresponding prevention measures can keep patients health after knowing the cause of puerperal infection. Conclusion In the maternal pregnancy,pay attention to the inspection of maternal pregnancy,at the same time,take corresponding prevention measures wil reduce the related factors of maternal puerperal infection effectively,is of great importance to protect the health of mother and infant. Support to the effective treatment on women after cesarean section,can speed up the recovery of parturient effectively.
