教育研究以其科学的研究方法,透过纷繁的教育现象,实现对教育规律的探寻与教育发展路径的预测,促进教育职能的转变和教育决策的科学化。长春中医药大学以树立教学学术的大学理念为先导,通过搭建教育研究平台,营造研究氛围;抓好校级课题研究,注重过程管理;凝练教育研究方向,制订教育研究指南;探索教育科研经费多元化投入机制;开展多层次教师培训,提高教师的研究素质和能力等的多种措施,致力于提升教育研究质量,积累了行之有效的经验。

Promoting connotative development of higher education is an important direction under the new situation. Educational research with its scientific research methods, seeks the educational law, predicts the future development, pushes the transformation of educational functions and promotes scientific decisions. Changchun University of Chinese Medicine has set up teaching scholarship system, built research platform to create atmosphere of study, paid attention to college research and process management, conducted educational study guide and educational research, explored the diversified investment mechanism of research funds, and carried out teacher training to improve education research quality and ability. Effective experience has thus been accumulated.
