通过对综合性医科大学中医专业近50年建设发展中存在的问题进行梳理，研究如何培养适合地区及社会需求的中医药专业人才，探讨在综合性医科大学中发展高等中医药教育如何突出中医特色、增强品牌专业内涵的需要。提出从加强专业建设，注重交叉学科发展；以课程建设为本，注重细节，夯实基础；利用现有条件，多途径强化实践技能；强化人才培养环节，突出中医特色等，多方面加强中医专业内涵建设的思路和途径。认为民族地区的综合医科大学中发展中医事业，一定要特色鲜明，在优质教学资源紧缺的条件下，必须从理论和实践两方面积极进行专业特色建设，以提高中医药高等教育的核心竞争力。

This paper summarized and analyzed problems existing in the 50 years of Chinese medicine specialty construction in the comprehensive medical university. It was discussed how to cultivate TCM professionals who can fully meet the needs of local society. The necessity to emphasize characteristics of Chinese medicine and enhance specialty construction was explored. The writers suggest that specialty building should be strengthened and that due attention should be paid to interdisciplines. Course construction and practical skill training should be further stressed to highlight features of Chinese medicine specialty.
