为适应当今日趋激烈的竞争态势，创新能力培养是时代对当代大学生提出的必备要求。阐述了提高大学生创新能力的必要性和意义，分析了工科大学生创新能力的现状，结合广东石油化工学院就校企协同培养大学生创新能力机制进行了探索。从实际出发，在校企合作的基础上，提出校企协同的具体实施方法和措施，主张从理论与实践结合进行改革，校企协同组织学生进行科研活动，校企共建研发中心，成果共享，校企协同制订实践环节教学计划等多方面，实施对大学生创新能力的培养。

Elaborated the necessity and meaning to improve students' Innovation Capacity, analyzed the current situation of innovation for engineering college students, combined with Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology, explored the school-enterprise collaboration foster innovation mechanism for undergraduates.
