在教学型实验室建设水平评估上,充分把握教学型与科研型实验室的区别,处理好实验室的共性和个性特征,注重实验室建设的全面性与过程性特点,从而实现评估指标构建与权重分配。以电力系统及自动化实验室为研究背景,应用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价实现了综合评价,通过具体实例说明该方法计算简单方便,操作性强,可以有效克服评价主观性,该方法可以实现个体实验室的科学评价,为实验室整改及管理提供有效依据,同时可以应用于实验室建设评比,有利于实验室建设的顶层设计及决策。

As for construction evaluation for teaching laboratory, the difference between teaching and research laboratory must be cared, also the commonalities and personality characteristics should pay more attention, focus on the comprehensiveness and its process characteristics, with these three aspects, the assessment of indicators were constructed with weight distribution. The study taken power system and automation laboratory for research, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was adopted, this method is simple and operational, which can overcome evaluation subjectivity and can provide an effective basis for laboratory rectification and management for individual laboratories, also, it can be applied to favor the top-level design of the laboratory building and decision-making.
