目的：调查儿科实习护生的心理健康和需求现状，为加强实习护生的管理提供依据。方法使用症状自评量表（ SCL－90）及心理需求调查问卷，对儿科实习的100名护生进行现状调查。结果儿科实习护生的SCL－90总分高于全国成人常模；本科护生对深入学习机会、实习受到赞赏和带教老师关怀三项需求最明显；专升本护生的前三项需求为护理专业认知、深入学习机会和带教老师关怀；而中专护生则为改善工作环境、实习受到赞赏和交流沟通技巧。结论儿科实习护生的心理健康状况低于一般人群，其心理需求也有明显不同，与实习护生的年龄和层次密切相关。对出现的问题应及时进行健康理念的干预，以保证护生的心理健康发展。

Objective To investigate different levels of pediatric internship nursing students the present situation of mental health and psychological demand .Methods Symptom self-assessment scale ( SCL-90 ) and the psychological demand questionnaire were used to investigate present situation of 100 pediatric internship nursing students .Results Pediatric internship nursing students SCL -90 total score was higher than that of the national adult norm;three demands of undergraduate nursing students were:opportunities to learn more , intern-ship praised and the teacherˊs cares;three demands of upgrade from junior college student to university students were :deeper understanding , professional learning and the teacherˊs care;while the three demands of the secondary nursing school students were:improving the working environment , internship praised and communication skills .Conclusions Pediatric internship nursing students mental health is lower than the general population , the psychological demand also have obviously different , has a lot to do with age and level .The existing problems should be intervened with the health concept of psychological .
