本研究旨在通过团体协商形成示教室护理培训机制,探索中医示教室在护理培训中的运用机制,并在工作中加以验证,研究结果表明,中医护理示教室的培训应用效果较好,中医护理示教室的培训机制具有可行性。

본연구지재통과단체협상형성시교실호리배훈궤제,탐색중의시교실재호리배훈중적운용궤제,병재공작중가이험증,연구결과표명,중의호리시교실적배훈응용효과교호,중의호리시교실적배훈궤제구유가행성。
The purpose of this study is to through col ective bargaining to form type classroom training mechanism. To explore the mechanism of the application of traditional Chinese medicine Demonstration Classroom used in nursing training. And verified in the work. The results of the study showed that traditional Chinese medicine nursing Demonstration Classroom training had fine effects. This finding can be broadened to the nursing field.
